Just to clarify, the Elcon charger is 1.8kw only if powered by 220v, otherwise it is a 800w charger at 120v.

Ahh, very good point. Thank you for mentioning that. I assume most are running theirs on 120v.

Picked up on the rebuild of my first lithium cart. It's been rough getting motivated lately so busy with work.

Mocking up the layout and secured a few items. I hate this part! It seems like no matter how much thought you put into it something could always be moved or makes more sense here than there later. Eventually I just went for it.

Last weekend I installed a max 5 rear seat with a few accessories. I pre mounted a short track top and it appears it's going to clear my garage opening with out having to hinge the struts! Ordered another set of custom seats from lazylife should only be a few weeks out. It's coming together just alot slower than anticipated.

Ordered a few electrical pieces. I like posting stuff like this because items like this are often over looked but are a huge help to others when building. Both from amazon. Most of the other items like the anl fuse holder and 12v fuse box I already have.

Thanks! Hoping to make some good progress this weekend. I was invited to a utv/atv show in May so the pressure is on to get both of my carts finished for it.

Sorry for going to another point of this thread. In this picture of your electrical setup, where I put the yellow arrow. What is that component? Is it the "Isolated CAN bus, shunt"?

Thanks!
