I might be able to build it but I will need to slice it and build it software wise to get you a material quote and see if it will fit on my build plate. Maybe tomorrow or Thursday.

I've loaded the file but the scaling is way off. The total part only measures 10.23mm x 4.53mm x 1.11mm

Looking at the file I should be able to easily print it as long as the actual size isnt to large.

To both Jkerle and ysrman: The file is dimensionally correct. Attached is a picture of the second one of those pieces that I had. They were given to me by a member, for whom I made a full set of aluminum plates for a lithium pack in a Precedent. He did not have a set of the orange terminal covers and made the drawing so he could use this piece on his pack. The cover is just 1/16" plexiglass. He sent the other two he made to me. When I used one on the pack like the picture I posted, I had to do a lot of Dremmel work on the openings. As you can see from that photo, I painted it black. You can see some of the red lines where Dremmel work is needed. I also had to cut the openings in the ends of the piece for the bus bars and tap harness. So, I downloaded Sketchup 2018 and used the trial program to create and edit his file to make it dimensionally correct. I then uploaded it to the 3D print community for a quote. I got a reply that there were errors internally that needed to be corrected. Being a rookie on 3D software and using a trial program, I could not figure out what corrections were needed, so I never had one printed. Therefore, you guys "in the know' can probably figure out what those printing errors may be and fix it. If you do correct the drawing and get a successful print of it, I would suggest an email to the BGW moderator and have that file set up as a sticky so others can use it for 7 modules packs. And, if you get creative and stretch it out for a 14 module double pack, please upload it as well. Or even better, offer to print them for fellow members at a modest charge. I may have you printing them for me soon.

I need someone to donate measurements. My pack isnt coming out of my cart unless it falls out or dies. It's to big and heavy to mess with it. My other pack is the 4x4 2016 cells its alot easier to get in and out but not nearly as many people are using them.

Dave, I think you might know someone with a free floating leaf cell that could be used for measurements?!?!

Are the dimensions the same for gen 1 and gen 2 leaf cells?

No, I'm sure the spacing between the terminals is the same but the 2016 cells have an extra row of terminals that are not used that need covered.
