Default Conversion issue

Stock 99 ds. Converted to lithium. Everything powers up but cart wont move. Have 60v at the stock solenoid. What do i need to do to get the cart running. I know i will have to eventually do a altrax. My setup is 7 leaf modules, wired with zeva bms, i am using a gigavac 240v.

You are at 4.29v/cell, that is pretty high, what is your Max Cell voltage set to?

Did you by-pass the OBC Controller lockout?

If you do a drawing of your wiring showing all the components, that would help us to diagnose your issues.

Now go ride and have fun, but remember to go over all your settings and be sure your profiles are all correct. Monitor your BMS closely until you are confident in its settings and actuation points. Especially while it charges....

I'd lower the balancing voltage to 4.14v if it were me. That way you won't have so many cells balancing at the same time causing an increase in heat in the BMS. Plus, I think you'll trip a "high cell" error with your current settings before the charge is complete.

EDIT: I'd also increase your min voltage to 3.25v. This will give you enough notice to get back home before the pack hits the "knee" of the discharge curve.

You should set the "balancing Voltage" to 4.15v.

The balancing voltage should always be set to "Max Charger Voltage"/"Number of Cells" (round up).

58v/14cells = 4.143 => 4.15v

Setting the Balancing Voltage below the average voltage at max charging voltage is what causes multiple shunts to be active.

If Your charging is currently finishing due to a "High Cell Voltage" (HV cutoff), You should lower both your charging Voltage and your balancing voltage to allow more headroom for the balancing circuit to work during and after the charging is completed.
Charging Voltage = 57v
Balancing Voltage = 4.08v
Once Your charging cycle finishes without triggering a single cell "overvoltage" and your are not using Regen brake, you can raise the charging voltage and balacing Voltage back to:
Charging Voltage = 58v
Balancing Voltage = 4.15v
