LOL I remember its yours!!! I tried to find the old post but had no luck so I made a new one.This place is going to be worth millions and I mean MILLIONS I cant tell you how expensive it is to own a house in the Keys, only thing is the Hurricanes I wouldnt want to stay if one came through your on a island with water on both sides.

LOL! Here at work when the hurricanes hit, we start shaking our heads. We have to start closing stores, make sure things are secure, and contact any emergency relief service the store might need. It is a touchy situation at times.

I believe the last person who won the "dream home" could not afford to pay the taxes on it and had to get rid of it.

I think I would rent it out a few weeks a year for some extra tax $$$ if it were mine.

I would find a way to keep that sucker!!! The taxes in the keys must be hurendous!!! imagine what the flood tax is LOL!! living on a island.
