DO NOT USE WICKED CARTS!!! I ordered wheels and tires in Dec '09 and it is Sept '10 and still no wheels and tires. I ordered custom made wheels that he told me would take a couple of weeks to get. The joke's on me. After a couple of weeks he said due to Xmas they had closed for a couple of weeks, then about 3 months after that they still hadn't manufactured them yet and that they were custom and for me to be patient, Then about 2 months after that he tells me that the wheels are ready but they had messed up the offset on them and had to take them back. Then after leaving message after message, email after email he calls me up one day when I inform him if I don't get my $ back that my lawyer would be contacting him. That gets him fired up he sends me a pissy email back stating if I wanted to spend $350 an hour for a lawyer to get back $1800 to be his guest. Then I had to inform him that if this did go through my lawyer I wasn't the one paying for it he was because I had done my part correctly. He got fired up for sure then he called and was a complete axxhole. He said that someone had done a chargeback for 10k on him and that he HAD made a deposit on the wheels but didn't have the $ to pay the rest. He explained how he was a small time guy trying to make a living etc. I actually felt sorry for him b/c I too am a business owner and it does happen from time to time that you will get stiffed. I suggested him giving me the phone # of the manufacturer so I could deal with them myself and pay the extra that hadn't been paid and that we could get our agreement straight after his account wasn't tied up any longer. I thought that was VERY nice on my part. He said he would check with them and let me know that Monday. That was on 7/23/10 I have sent him numerous emails for an update and no response. Well I'm not a stupid person by no means so I figured out that the wheels were being manufactured by Intro Wheels. I looked them up on the web and just by their site alone you can tell they are a VERY reputable company. So anyhow I send them an email this past Tuesday 09/07/10 THEY CALL ME BACK ON WED 09/08/10 b/c I had told them what had happened & even had documentation to prove it. READY FOR THIS? They say they don't have a deposit b/c there has NEVER been an order from him b/c they haven't taken orders from him in OVER a year b/c he won't pay his bills. Anyhow payback can be a real bxxxx. I'm not saying they are but if I were that company I would sue him for slander, and making their company look bad to others b/c he was blaming it on them. Now tell me if he has done this with me how many others are getting taken. I am going to find every avenue possible to MAKE SURE everyone knows that he is a scam artist and is only taking their $. I can be quite spiteful when someone pulls this sxxx on me b/c I try to do good by others and that is what I expect from them. Basically he needs to get off his sorry AXX, work for a living, quit screwing with people and quit being the piece of sxxx that he is

While you may have a legitimate complaint with this company, you will not be allowed to use this forum to post what can only be called spam.

Consider this a warning. You will be banned if you do not stop NOW.
