Default No more stripped Ezgo hubs! ... Really?

Really ~ Never spin another hub.

Call Carts Unlimited 951-461-9626 to order

If you have beefed up your electric cart you are probably enjoying an increase in off the line torque. Electric motors produce 100% of their torque at 0 rpm. This means every bit of power you got is going to be put to the wheels every time you take off. Great news for off road road and race enthusiasts.
But, it's bad news for stock ezgo brake drum hubs. Ezgo hubs have long been the Achilles Heel of the Ezgo dive train. Hardly a week goes by we don't advise somebody on the forum to check their hubs when their cart suddenly won't go ..... Worse yet is the damage that is done to the axle splines. The high cost of axle and hub replacement has led me to produce the pinch hub for stock ezgo axles and brakes.
These HD hubs are the perfect mod for your beefed up or Stretched golf cart. If you are doing more than golf ~ your hubs are at risk.

These HD hubs are the perfect mod for your beefed up or Stretched golf cart.
If you are doing more than golf with your cart ~ your hubs are at risk.

~ If you are hunting or farming ~

~ If you are exploring or beaching ~

~ If you are going 4x4 or Racing ~

If you are one of the many who have increased their voltage and/or torque.
If you have an aftermarket or rewound motor...
You are putting more stress on your hubs than the manufacture designed them to take.
And when they do strip out they can take the axle splines too...Tripling the repair costs!

These are the perfect repair hub
Or better yet
Install a set of these HD hubs before any serious damage is done.

Now that's a great idea! Easy to remove also. I remember tapered hubs that wouldn't strip, but you needed a 2 ton puller to get them off!

A light coating of anti-seize on the shaft and 2 drops of blue loctite on the pinch bolt threads insure a secure install that's easy enough to remove
