Why I'm not on here much
The reason I have been gone is I have bought several vehicles and have been working on them most of my spare time. I don't have much cart stuff going on anymore.
here are the reason I'm gone. 64 SS Impala #'s matching. A 67 Ramp truck and 56 Bel Air . I've been working on them non stop since June. I'm almost done with the 64 and have the 56 about done but haven't even started on the 67 ramp truck yet! |

Are those 17s on the 64? I like the look of the 56. The black walls and hubcaps give it an old school look. JMHO I like the patina on the hauler. If it were mine I wouldn't change anything about its looks. Tell us what you have done to them.

Impala is 18" wheels. It had 20" wheels when I bought it. Didn't like the look at all. But i loved the color and the fact it's a all numbers matching car, I'm the 3 owner. I got the factory AC working, carrier bearing and trans mount replaced new dual exhuast new chrome emblems and window all done. Turn signals and some much needed under dash wiring straighten out. Still has a few wiring problems but nothing major. Here it is in his advertisement with the 20" wheels. 56 is old school look but has a 96 LT-1with headers with 4l60 transmission. I installed the sure fit AC in it and had the roof, hood, trunk painted. Yes the patina look will stay on the 67. Just going to get it in good driving condition. Brakes and engine wise. I did take the golf cart to a local show on it one day! |

Re: Why I'm not on here much
I understand why you took off the 20s. 18s are big enough. I like to see a little tire sidewall, plus the ride is much better. Did you get them all at the same time? Check your messages.

Re: Why I'm not on here much
Thanks guy's. I love the old vehicles and I really like the the 56.
The 18" all came from the same place out of Rockhill SC. I ordered them locally at the wheel store. They beat the internet price by $100.00 and they where mounted and balanced. The internet price was just for the wheels and tires I was going to have to have them mounted and balanced. |

Really nice cars all three of them! I bet they keep you busy! As you can see we have a little different taste in cars (mine below) but I would totally own one of yours. Next on my list is a 70's corvette or a 64 caddy.

Nice R/R man. They have GM parts in them. My dad is retired GM so it's in my blood.
