| Re: 72 Nova True SS They came in about any combination that someone could dream up. I have the build sheet with it. GM was notorious in those days to come up with any order possible. |

Not sure if you know, but if anyone is kicking tires asking if it is a real SS, only the SS hoods came with the 4 tabs under the hood where the simulataed hood grate studs come through. See the 4 arrows in the pic. Not a big secret, but I see alot of "SS" cars at shows that dont have real SS parts. Again, sharp car. |

| Re: 72 Nova True SS your point is well taken Bulky. The only year that you can tell a true SS from the VIN is in 72. If it has a 'K' in the 5th space it is a true SS. Mine does. I got that info from a nova site that is awesome. novaresource.org.thanks for looking guys. |
