How was this site made!?!

I know its by Vbullitin and I know how to set all that mysql stuff up, (and the forums) but how did you add auctions, arcade, etc... (all the stuff on the bottom bar)

Even the site moderators don't know how they made this site. They just hit the wrong key and this whole thing popped up. They're still trying to figure it out....

You take about 10 or so die hard cart enthusiasts and close friends that get rejected from another forum containing a few constipated members that think they own it, mix these 10 extraordinary members all together, add in some good tech info, friendship, and all out fun and you come up with Buggies Gone Wild forum.
