2006 28' toyhauler, sleeps 6
Why screw up your pickup bed with a 5th wheel? Keep that space for fun stuff!
front bed room featuring queen bed, TV, overhead cabinets
center kitchen
50 amp electric panel with breakers and shore cord
ground fault protection (GFI)

wired for additional front air conditioner(not needed though)
15000 btu DUCTED AC by Intertherm...it works GREAT...98 outside in bright sun, inside 79 comfortable degrees
Dometic oven- 3 burner propane range with hinged flip down cover that matches counter top (oven used 1 time, stove very little...we don't eat breakfast and BBQ most dinners)
Dometic Microwave
Dometic refrigerator with top freezer (runs on 110 and propane)..works GREAT. I power refridge 24 hrs prior to departing. All food is precooled or prefrozen when loading the fridge...works fantastic!
Atwood 10 gal hot water heater...super quick recovery, preset pretty hot so you use very little hot when showering etc
2 basin kitchen sink
extendable faucet with spray option (brush nickel finished)

215-85-16 10 PLY BFG radials (5000 miles)DON"T get caught in the Chinese tire trap!!! They DO NOT LAST AND DESTROY YOUR TRAILER WHEN THEY EXPLODE!!!!
2- 6 volt deep cycle cabin batteries(more than ample power!)
spare tire and wheel in underneath carrier (nice and out of the way)
rear drop down and zip enclosures with screens for rear entry for those cool evenings (keeps the bugs out)
wheel brgs packed yearly
just back from 9 fun filled days...everything worked perfectly! We have out grown this due to having too many toys.
NO damage from pets or cigarettes!
