Default rebuild kit for vanny 18

Is there a rebuild kit for the vanny 18hp. Picked up a workhorse with a blown 18hp vanny. Ive looked around and the only thing i have found is the opposed 18hp rebuild kit.

Take it apart, see whats wrong, buy the parts. I don't think there's a "kit".

It's been a rental, but if it runs, $200 probably isn't bad. I think something would have to be done to the crank to accept a clutch.

Took the air breather off and there is rust in the carb, This motor might be too much to deal with.

well turns out there was no knock. cleaned the carb and put some starter fluid in it and put the plugs back in here and she wouldnt turn over, pulled the starter off and free'd the starter up and she started up with no knock. Now i have to get a few pump for it.

So you have a spare 1" crank? Or the generator engine has a 1" and not tapered?

No. The generator was already sold so i decided to try the motor that was in it and we got it running.
