starting to put motor together torque spec info
Putting my motor back together and was wondering if anyone knows the torque specs for the connecting rod bolts at the crank and the torque for the head bolts any info would be greatlyappreciated thanks

Thanks man got a question for ya do u recommend using assembly lube putting this back together or just some good lube like white lithium grease or something

Use a dab of grease to hold the tappets in while installing the cam. If you put it on the back side of the tappet face, it will stay in the bore.
Use 10w-30 on everything else. Put it on all rotating surfaces, especially the crank seals. Use blue loc-tite on the connecting rod bolts and the rocker studs. |

Ok man sounds good....i was looking at the heads after putting the rev kit on and wondering on the exhaust porrs on both heads look like there is a restriction like a sleeve in the port......is that suppose to be there or can i take it out for better flow out the port
