pipe for oil drain?
For all you that have made your own drain for the oil plug on the briggs what did you use? Any pics would be good too.

I just used a length of pipe to get it back far enough to drain without dripping on anything. Used a pipe cap on the end.

Thanx Don. Any idea on th esize of pipe used? I guess I could just take my plug with me.

I think it is 1/4" pipe, but take the plug anyway.

i used the pipe tape also to ensure no leaks

also do not use the plastic pipe that briggs has to solve this issue they tend to break and dump the engine with it , and do not over tighten that pipe or you can end up cracking the block
