Vegas carts exhaust. Problem
Has anyone else had any problem fitting their exhaust from vegas carts. I just got the lift installed on my workhorse with an 18hp vanguard. Bottom 2 holes line up but the top 2 are bout 1/4 in off. Im wondering if they sent me the 22HP briggs exhaust. even the flanges are too big. Had me questioning myself on what size motor i had and had to check the model #.

Did you call Vegas Carts? Send them those photos or direct them to the thread. What kind of engine do you have?

Got off the phone with them and they are checking to see if the 18hp has the same exhaust as the 23hp.

Re: Vegas carts exhaust. Problem
I'm glad you just brought up this point. I just received my big block conversion from them for a Vanguard 18hp. So I will go check my exhaust as well. Hope it's a simple fix. Hope the waiting isn't to bad either.

Re: Vegas carts exhaust. Problem
I might just cut the flanges off and move them and re weld them. I think it might be too much hassle sending this one back and waiting for another. They told me they didn't have an 18hp there to use for a templet.

Re: Vegas carts exhaust. Problem
Sure enough!!!! My pipe flanges are too large, and the centerlines of the header is about 1/2" too long!
