Hmmm 35hp, some people/web sites come to mind. Marathon1989/Tom @ Cartpartsplus (site sponsor)/nobuckbuild/ and not for shure of site names, but Al Hodges and Mud Bogger's. IMHO, I alway's stayed away from asking an engine to do more then it's capable of handling. Even with special cranks/rods/pistons/cams/valve trains and intakes (all alot of money), they can be destroyed in seconds if anything goes wrong. Good luck on your build

What, no "Hello"? No "I'm new here"? Just drive it into home plate without even a kiss?
Welcome to BGW!

I guess my first question is how did you come up with those numbers? Are you in search of HP, or torque, or a balance between the two throughout the rpm range? What will the motor be used for?

A lot of people think they want a lot of HP, when what they really need is torque.

Not sure you can get that at only 4800, better to go with a 31/35hp vanny. RPM is hp.
