ferakin' HOT
so i got my cart put together finally yesterday (pictures to come soon after new seat covers) and ran it around town for a bit. theres a lot of header pipe radiating heat under the seat. anybody ever done anything to help this? im using the stock cpp muffler and wonder about something to be more free flowing to let it out faster. the header is wrapped. im also thinking about a fan in there somewhere. something with a nice automatic temp switch would be nice. any ideas? thanks

Re: ferakin' HOT
interesting use of household cold air return vents kawasaki. it was hard to tell but did i see a fan inside the bigger one? if so what did you use? if not was just venting it enough to have a noticeable difference? driving around the other night we could feel very hot air coming out from around the bottom of the seat. enough so that i was worried about melting wires, body panels, etc.. i did melt the throttle cable sheathing a little but it was right next to the header pipe when it happened. i have moved it a bit further away and seemed ok last night
