stretch that budget and shop around some and you could have everything it takes to do the entire build for 250 or less , it just takes some shopping and patience.

intake new $109
elbow new $30
used carb from ebay $50
needs a rebuild kit yet but this is what ive paid for the parts in my garage now. im over your budget by $50ish by the time im done, but theres always overruns on fun projects. still need an air filter if anybody has ideas, or parts for sale. I say bite the bullet. I hate tearing something apart for the third time because I didn't go far enough the first times
