22hp predator HELP !!
Ok so that is what the 22hp predator is in but I guess it seems to not be charging the battery! Thought there was a charging system on the? Can anyone help explain how to make sure it's charging, and or wiring correctly thanks

looking over the manual there is no mentioning of a generator or any type of 12 volt output, you might have to use your old starter/generator or pick up a small 12v mini alternator. the link is a picture of a mini alternator with measurements.

Part # 153 in the owners manual is listed as the charge coil.Some of the tractor sites list its output at 7 amps.Probably enough for a small battery and not much else.

So it's better to just go the alternator route? Butt which one would I need I'll be running ALOT of accessories on it and how would I go about wiring it to charge ��

Just get a mini denso set up for a 1 wire hook up that runs right to the battery. They come in different ampere ratings. Figure out how much you need or can afford.TONS of sellers on Ebay.

30 or 40 amps should be plenty.If you are using a comet 780 yes.Vegascarts on ebay under the name teknaspace is selling "cosmestic flawed " billet pulleys for $36 delivered. There are 3 left last I seen.The cast one is $11 or so.
