Vanguard installed!

Got my Vanny in, still some tweaking to do but the smoothness and torque compared to the clone is amazing. What kind of speeds are y'all seeing? I have 22" tires, flywheel advanced, cam advanced one tooth, rev kit, exhaust, intake.

I'm getting 45+ mph. Best I've seen is 53 mph @ about 6300 rpm.

Man, does this sound right. At about 5000 RPM I'm at about 30. Comet 780

I see 40mph with 23" tires. Anything past that is pretty much useless anyway in a lifted cart.

Have to agree, last time I tested top speed I hit 38 with my clone but I never get there in normal use as I don't ride pavement. It starts to feel kind of risky lol. If I get time to build another cart I'll likely go larger engine and if it hits 35 I'll be happy with it and have more power for screwing around at lower speeds.
