Default 3 cylinder big block/diesel

Hey fellas,
I'm in the process of fitting a 3 cylinder diesel into my g22. I haven't pulled the stock motor yet but my question is how many of you had to modify the frame to fit your motors? I'm hoping to keep it all normal but not looking likely... it looks like mines going to be 3 inches to tall

Probably going to be a little tall for a G22.

Alot of guys use the Kubota D722. Search on here for the builds.

Lots of fab work to do an engine install like that one. But, it will be one of a kind and have plenty of power and torque. It would really be nice if it was set up with 4x4 as well.

Well over the week I got my 6" spindle lift installed and 14" wheels 23" tires on. Got my stock motor removed and got my d600 mocked up. Cut a 6"x8" hole in the skid plate. (Going to make a new thicker one that removes to cover the oil pan) the motor fits perfectly. Going to make the motor mounts as soon as I get my 780 comet clutch. Should install fairly easy.

Looks great, I always like the oil burner swaps.

Anyone know the length of the shaft needs to be for the 780 comet clutch?

Ive been pretty busy lately. I just started messing with it yesterday. I am trying to figure out how to mount the radiator and run some hoses for the coolant

Update on my build.

I just got the cart back from my buddy. He built me a new fuel tank and motor mounts. I put a new alternator on and just need to make a new top bracket for it. I also got the new wires from the starter and ground ran. I am now working on the dash to put the new key and glowplug switch in. Also going to make a custom gauge pod this weekend for volt meter and engine temp gauge.
