EZ-Go Elec. to Gas throttle setup

Hi all i am converting a 1999 EZ-GO from elec. to gas (Honda GX670) and was wondering if anybody has a easy yet effective way to convert the throttle linkage from a push to a push/pull that i can attach a cable to? I am not real impressed with the setup i came up with and have hit a roadblock with my creativity. Any pics would be greatly appreciated. I plan on posting pics when i am done with the project. Thus far i am extremely happy with the work completed. I've installed a motor cradle from Vegas Carts, ran true dual pipes bought from Robertsons torque tubes, 6" lift, and new heavy duty rear springs. This has been a project cart for the wife and we are going to make it a zombie extermination themed cart lol. Thanks in advance!

See page 5 & 6 of my 440 FC engine build into a harley cart in the sled big block section. I used a bell crank from speedway motors that worked perfectly.

I just bought one of these for my Racing Mower. I replaced the cable cause its to short -- used a cheap bicycle brake cable for length.
