Any speed shop can do what your asking. Napa, O Reilly's, they farm out there work to local shops that actually do the work. Our local Napa just tells people to go to Harry's Machine. As for price -- I can't say -- probably cheap considering whats needed.

I had a machine shop locally charge me $100 to turn a crank for my gx390 down to 3/4" and cut a keyway into it. This was so I could fit a triple disc horstman clutch on it for a dirt kart I built.

It probably would have been cheaper if I went to a automotive based machine shop. The shop that I had the work performed at was a production machine shop so I was pretty much paying them what the lathe would have made them had it still been on the production line instead of turning a crank.

Look for a place that rebuilds car engines, speed shop, or rebuilds heads even. You might find a CNC shop that will do it but depends on what equipment they have. Putting the keyway in is different than buzzing the crank down, unless you have the equipment that will do it.
