neighbors 2000 ezgo. From start to finish took us 6 hours. I fabbed a mounting plate. Oh this is a 16 hp Briggs.

How this cart running? I see in picture #2 your drive belt is recessed in the rear clutch a bit at dead stop. Have you looked into replacing the rear clutch spring? They are super cheap and could give you more pedal response.

Well that's my neighbors. He replaced belt and worn primary. It will pull the front tires with a few kids hanging off the rear seat. He has since ran duel pipes down to 18x4 echo tips. Sounds like a v8.

This may not help much since this is a completely custom build that was an electric cart.

wow very nice, how did you mount it, make a engine craddle that attached to the rear end? what size pipes are those? very nice work

This is an EZGO but it's an old Electric Shuttle cart so I had to build and rebuild just about everything. Lots of pictures of it here in my thread called Limo Pit Cart. Here's a couple pics.
