Default EZGO TXT Big Block Clutches. Which ones to use?

I recently finished swapping the rear end on my 1999 EZGO TXT. It was an electric to gas swap but i still had the electric rear end. I have attached some pics of the setup. It was stock club car clutches and belt. It worked great other than the belt slipping when punched. The engine is a GX670 with a 1 1/8" shaft and the rear end i swapped to is a ME29. I assume it is considered a 7/8" splined shaft even though it measures .828 around 53/64. It is now time for NEW clutches. What would you guys recommend that will handle the HP and torque? I want something that i can install and not worry about failing or have the belt slipping. I would also like smooth shifting and a decent top end. With that setup i managed roughly 21 MPH. If need be i can have the motor shaft milled down to 1". I looked at CPP and like the clutches they offer but the driven clutch requires a smooth shaft. Is there any sort of adapter for spline to smooth? Any and all ideas and suggestions are truly appreciated!

I know there are fewer clutch choices in 1 1/8". Never seen a clutch mounted that far away from the engine. That can't be very good for the shaft bearing...

I would look for a stock ezgo driven clutch and u can use a comet 94c for the drive clutch

What clutch do you have on the engine now? Take better pictures.
