16v to 12v ?

Hi
I have 16 v to my wire for a car radio in my golf cart and need to reduce to 12v.
How do I do it?

The radio probably does not draw much amperage unless it's very powerful. In either case the best solution is a 48 to 12v reducer so any draw is taken from the whole pack evenly instead of just off 2.8v
