1994 cc ds vc 625 just clicks
Hi guys
I wired my cart the by the way shown in the diagram. But the engine just does one click every time I turn the key. What am I missing? Has anyone seen this problem with their vc 625? My battery is fully charged btw. |

I had the same issue, most likely you have a ground not connecting tight, could be the selonoid too but most likely it’s a ground issue.

Both my grounds are connected to the battery.
Should I connect them else where? |

Where is your battery grounded to? I have mine grounded to one of the bolts on the side of the motor

I had a similar issue when I installed the snowmobile engine in my Harley cart. A ground to the engine block solved the problem.

Suggestion -- bolt your ground to the directly to the engine block with a heavy jumper wire to the frame. This will ground everything so your radio/stereo and accessories function properly.

Grounded a 6 gauge weld wire from the negative battery terminal a large bolt on the engine. Also have a 6 gauge from the negative to the chasis and still nothing.
