I got one at napa years ago, they even make the hydraulic hoses for it. They had various adapters for engines and the filter holders. I could have put a big car filter in there but not enough room on the frame in the mower I had it in. I also had an oil cooler in the loop, but I don't know where you get one with the hose fittings on it that screw on like those.

When I put the vanguard 23 in my 93 marathon I was going to go that route and remember seeing what it takes to do it but I wound up lengthening the swing arm and moved the rear axle 2.5 inches instead. It made my install a lot easier with plenty of room.

OP,
Are you running a 40 series TAV which is making you want to move it?

Talking Re: Oil filter relocation kit

I put the filter up on the back frame above the engine in my Ezgo TXT body.

I did a little reading on how the Vanguard oils itself. The oil pumps into the filter then into the engine. The longer the lines and the diameter of the lines -- determines how long the engine goes without lube during a oil change startup. I would keep the filter mount as low as possible and accessible so you can screw on a filter filled with oil. This way the lines won't drain back into the block causing an air bubble in the oiling system when you remove the filter.
