Awesome video! That thing really comes to life at 20mph. Just curious were you full throttle from the get go leaving the driveway? Did you lose a lot of bottom end?

yes I was had it to the floor as soon as I hit the pavement. still trying to find some low end torque made more clutch spring tensioner spacers going to try that.

low end torque problem solved. Anybody doing a 250 enticer bravo swap for your g1 the sled clutch has 2 weights, g1 has 4 just remove 2 weights from g1 clutch and your ripen up sod.

I'd like to know when the modified G1 clutch is engaging? If I remember correctly ,the stock Enticer clutch engages around 3200 rpm. The return spring in the Enticer is much heavier than the G1. I'm using a 94c Duster on my G1 Enticer and I have it engaging around 2350.

The Bravo exhaust seems to look nearly identical to the G1. I'm seeing potential in this build. It seems like it needs more fuel at higher rpm, maybe a larger carb? What size carb does the Bravo use?

Let's see a video with the clutch weights removed....

I found the 94c style to be very easy to modify and switch weights and springs, and boy do I have a bunch of them lol. The stock G1 style clutches are much more smooth, which I preferred, I just never could get the engagement right. Really wondering about the removal of the weights and how that changed the engagement and shift out. What driven clutch setup are you using? Stock?

stock g1 clutch with 2 weights removed and .100 machined off each existing weights. not sure of bravo carb size but it is about 3 times bigger than stock g1 carb. ill try to get anther video of the new and improved stock g1 clutch. it runs and pulls like a sled now

how do you figure rpm engagement? I was shooting for rear tires to spin apon mashing the gas pedal before modified clutch I couldn't clime any slight hills so im happy with outcome.
