My Wonderful wife gave me the thumbs up on a big block today
I figured she was going to so I have been researching all the options the last couple weeks Still undecided on what to do. but the Honda clone is looking better and better for the price

bhfear just bought a Vanny 23 for like $1050 ebay ..... But he wants to turn 25s.
THe pizzaman runs across some pretty good deals?

a 23 hp vanguard went for $960 April 8 , I am watching EBay closely. Not in a huge rush to buy.

There is still a bunch to buy after the motor..... I don't want to diminish the kits some of our sponsors sell. There is a ton of stuff you need to research and and buy to get her done....for some that is where the fun is .....I'm a little that way.... Hope I can buy a belt tomorrow for my clone project...Well I'm sure happy for you Rio, take your time and enjoy the ride

there is alot to buy. This is why I am considering a clone , just because I got permission, does not mean I have alot of money. If money was not an issue I would buy a kit from Tom and be done with it. looks like he has excellent kit and I would recommend it to anyone. I plan on getting some of my parts from him.

I got the same response from my wifey. I'm going through the same process that you are. Just taking my time to figure out which way I want to go.
