Finally got to ride it! Been a long time. Lots of torque, and my engine isnt revving out all the way. Exhaust is very quiet with a nice low deep tone. Almost sounds like a stock buell motorcycle. Still lots of work to be done but at least I can ride it. Plastic still needs put on and trimmed up but it is getting there. Deff worth the time and effort I put into this project.

Well the cart still needs some work but its getting there. Just cut the plastic up yesterday and hopefully I'll have my fender flares mounted by the end of the week. Ordered the sheaves for the driven clutch, they were beyond worn out should be here in the next couple of days. I think its gonna make a huge difference in how it runs. I got a guy thats gonna help me setup the clutches as well, hes big into snowmobiles and owns a machine shop. I'm curious to see what kind of improvement I'm gonna get.

Its a great swap to do. Yea the engine doesnt rev out very far but it makes up for it in torque. It pushes my 25" tires without problem and Im at about 25mph up from the 17mph with the old worn out driven sheave and I think there is a little more in there. Im currently rebuilding my engine and I'm gonna do some mild porting to it because the ports look so inefficient with all the sharp 90 degree turns in them. I have to put some time in making sure my sheaves are aligned also, I think they are a little off.
