Default Predator 420 vs. VC460 Head

When comparing the Predator 420 vs. VC460 Head, are they the same head/valves and combustion camber or does one flow better over the other?

Thanks

The Predator 420 is a clone engine just like Duromax or Lifan or 95% of the others. As long as your not talking about the hemi head -- the standard head should interchange.
Honda for whatever reason didn't renew there patent rights for there GX series engines and now EVERYBODY has there own version and most parts will interchange.

Was it just a mistake Shepard or was there some regulation that said Honda couldn't have a patent on it forever?

Would the 420 Hemi head work on a non-Hemi 420 block? The valves for a Hemi head are larger in diameter head size by default and it looks like they would need longer push rods vs. the non-Hemi. Although, I have not been able to find HD springs for the Hemi 420 head, at least where they say they will fit the 420 Hemi head. Has anyone done this swap or upgraded a Hemi 420 with HD springs/pushrods, cam, rod, etc...?

I looked there already and it did not say that it would work for the Hemi head. Vegas springs say they will not work on Hemi head which does not give me much confidence that the Gopowersport springs will work correctly on the Hemi head.

Neither the 35 or 55 say that they will work with Hemi

The valve springs listed are a ARC part DJ-3055DS Which makes you wonder IF the DJ-3055HD would also fit if the spring pressure of the double spring is not needed. Probably worth a call to Gopowersports.
