| Yes That Is But My Cable Only Pulls About 1 Inch And That Is Not Enough To Pull The Spring That Goes From The Cam To The Govener Far Enough To Keep The Govener From Taken It To Idle . I Need It To Pull About Another 3/8 Of An Inch. I Was Going To To Move The Hole On The Cam In Closer To The Center But The Screw Head Will Hit Under Neath. |

| Took To Camp Runs Good I Still Tring To Figure Out The Throttle . I Am Going To Try A Stiffer Spring Between The Govener Arm And The Throttle Cam. I Will Post Some Pictured After My Vacation. |

| I'm not real mechanical , but couldn't you just adjust the arm that attaches to the govener shaft? mine looks almost like it clamps on over the shaft that is grooved like a motorcycle shifter. |
