Here's what we did. We're experimenting but it looks like it will work out nice. We took 3/16" off of the helix where the snap ring goes to allow the clutch to open 3/16 further than stock. We also made a spacer that would hold the clutches 3/16" wider when at the closed postion to accept the 1-3/16" belt.
