Now to find a cable to use.. I may try using one of the stock brake cables. I added hydraulic drum brakes so I have both cables.

They run cable from the pedal to the govner linkage and then push the throttle open.
The push linkage is about 8" long and has a flex joint

i'd end up ghetto rigging it just to drive it and tie a string to the throttle and put it under the seat so you could pull it to go

Look at todays posts "throttle cable solutions". That cable sheath is made with 1/4" airline and fittings. The cable itself looks like a guitar string. You may be able to make something like that. If the push mount, is on the same side as the pull cable it could work. Check it out!

i used a universal acc cable from pep boys i have a rotax liguid cooled twin in my harley cart pulling two mikuni vm34s
i spliced it ti the original sled cable worked out great

I looked at this yesturday. I was mistaken. The linkage pulls.....
I could have sworn it pushed. I was probably thinkin of a different machine
