Yeah thats why im thinking for a couple hundred more i could get the kit and it would be a lot easier

Double Ditto on that!!!! And you just don't realize how much you WILL still spend on all the odds and ends and mistakes, doing it yourself. Especially if you have never done one before

yeah i got the tools, can weld but not too great. i can hold off for a few months and wait till my cart account gets a lil bigger :). I'd much rather pay a lil extra for a kit i know thats guna work than buy a $800 engine and end up getting frustrated and end up being golf cartless haha
