Clutch repairable???
I think my new motor hammered the old driven clutch Here are pics of it ... buttons in bits and ramps groovy Can this be fixed or is it trashed? Thanks for your help D/S

Your new motor probably finished off the old oneMy clutch went about a year ago. (99) I don't know how well, or if, they can repair the ramps. Good Luck Scotty

Mine looked about like that, maybe a bit worse!, I had a local machine shop lay new beads on the ramps, and then filed it down smooth. I kinda guessed the best i could with the contour of the points, worked out for me, if you got the cash spring for a new one, if not its due-able.

Those cams aren't but $50.-60. I got two that look like those. I might try the weld and file thing. aluminum is soft enough for me...
