ST Sport Honda Vtwin and Disc Brake Build
this is a 2006 ST sport ez-go
customer brought to to give it some more power and to stop better... the cart is for the local mountain range ( Big Bear ) for this cart we are makeing a new engine cradle for work with leaf spring suspensions... this is a craddle we will have in productuction for you do it yourselfers... we are useing a Honda 24hp Vtwin 780 clutch disc brake kit from wheelsca (Rick) we are a local dealer for him... then our new 4 seater cage with billet step and billet grab handles we have a BIG show this weekend called the sand sport super show around 20,000 people walk through the gates on this 3 days show... the disc brakes wont be on the cart but on display.. we will be doing a video of before and after on the disc brake install to show you guys the major difference on the stopping distance... heres some pics of what we started with and then work in progress... we will be work some late nights the next few days.. we also have a bunch of the coolest builds back for the show that need to me detailed... |

the cage is off to the powder coaters should have it back tomorrow . we are working on the engine cradle and will have it and the motor installed today..

ok 8 hrs later the engine craddle and motor sitting in cart.... now we are removing the V twin and craddle to final weld the craddle and install tomorrow.. the exhaust should be here tomorrow and have fire to it
