Default Best upgrades for 23hp Briggs

There are so many upgrades for this engine I dont know what to go with. I dont care about gaining any more hp but I do want more speed with out risk of damaging the engine. I also want it to be as reliable as possible. What are some good upgrades to go with the high rev kit and billet intake with cone air filter?
Frank I wouldnt mind your opinion here.

A simple rev kit is what you want. I just put one in my Workhorse. It will also keep you from over reving a non governed motor. I'm not sure how many rpms you can achieve with a stock cam, but I think thats what your needing. The intake is just a bonus...

Its not too bad. The flywheel needs to be removed to install the timing advance key which comes with the rev kit on the 23hp. The valve springs are removed. The valves will drop into the cylinder without using air pressure to hold them up. Like a leak down tester.

You can place an adapter in the spark plug hole and use compressed air to keep the valves closed when putting the new springs and keepers back on.
