This is quite the undertaking Can you post soome details about the cart and motor and are you going to use the CC transaxle or live axle? How will you have reverse? Post plenty of pics as the build progresses

I just finally took some pictures. I flipped my rear end and have had no problems. It has seen its fair share of 10K RPM holeshots. It is dirty and still crude, I never did a final tear down.

I just flipped the rear end side to side. Yes it is running in reverse. It has been that way since I built it with no problems. Only thing I think I had to do was switch the brake backing plates side to side.

The link going side to side is my track bar I did away with leaf springs. You wont need to do that.

Yes I used the club car fuel pump. It will work for a carbed engine but not fuel injection. You should be able to just use the one from the bike.

The sprocket I just picked up at an industrial supply and machined it to work.

Anything else let me kow.

with running that small of a gear on the secondary shaft, does it still seem to be geared to low for top end with the gears that are in the rear-end. I have seen where alot of carts have to take off in 4th or 5th gear and still no top end.

I put high speed gears in it. It tops out about 65. Ive had it sideways on the road at 55 that was enough for me. I can still go bigger on the engine sprocket also.

edit: not to mention that is with dinky tires

Heck yes!! I wish I could find a wrecked motorcycle to do this with.

Do you have any finished pics of the cart?
