MikesMotorToy's Big Block Briggs Project
Well - Here is our starting point for the Terra Toys Full Suspension Briggs project we have!
Engine is Blue-Printed with modified intake, Cam, billet rods and billet rockers. Said to be putting out 32 hp - 34 hp. Probably going to sell the 10" Douglas wheels and 24" Mud Lites - still up in the air on tire / wheel package. |

Mike, really like the header/exhaust They look like there equal length. Do I need to school you on "custom" intake system?

Re: MikesMotorToy's Big Block Briggs Project
End of Day 1...
Removed A Arm for powdercoat, replaced brake pedal assembly, mapped wiring harness for changes, removed custom header because it was stupid and leaked (LOL) and made parts list that will wait until I get some shop income |

I think that intake needs a cooler intake.

I'm already not liking that puiny little thing! I can't believe someone put that on a 32hp cart? What do you think Tom? What kind of clutches did you come up with?

Re: MikesMotorToy's Big Block Briggs Project
I have some new ones coming in for testing. The 1" bore ones worked great hope the 1 1/8 work as good. They seem to be a superior product. Also I did just get in one new 1190 Comet. By the way NICE LOOKIN CART ya got going there.

Re: MikesMotorToy's Big Block Briggs Project
Thanks - Bought it already 1/2 built. Stripped it back down and starting over though! Cart ran like a scalded ape - very smooth power, which is much different than all those violent Honda's we've built - LOL. Price was awesome for what all I got. You got an 1190???????
