hey Mike to my understanding the only difference between the 20 and 23 is the throttle stop on the carb....

Day 2 update...

Pulled out a perfectly good steering assembly to replace with a new one - (Yes, I'm just that anal). Rear terra toys suspension is fitted and waiting on the engine cradle. 20 hp base Briggs is sitting on my bench, tomorrow I have to make my own header

I was told that the base motor was a 23 by the seller. I found out yesterday that it was a 20, when the 23 hp header didn't fit. It DOES have the cam, Pro flow intake, two barrell carb, k&n kit, billet roller rockers, rev kit, advance kit and Billet push rods - Dyno'd @ nearly 30 hp.

Disappointing that my seller lied to me, but I'm finding out that this is a bad boy motor
