Talking 2009 CBR600RR Swap

Hello everyone I'm new here and just recieved a 2009 CBR600RR motorcycle from my younger brother. He gave me the bike after he dropped it at 50 MPH. The bike is payed off and he recieved a check from the insurance to repair it but put it in the bank and just decided he didn't want the bike any more. The only damage is all the farrings on the right side. Anyways I've been watching videos on YouTube and reading up about motorcycle swapped golf carts. The only problem is no site that I've found has any good pictures of the finished product so I can get some ideas on how to build this. This engine makes close to 100 HP and only has 2,100 miles and I think it would be a blast to put one of these on a cart. Plus golf carts have just became legal to drive on the street in my town. Any help/pictures/info would help out a lot.

Setup will depend on if you want to keep reverse or not....

one of the problems that you are going to run into is that from the oil pan to the top of the air box on that engine should be around 31 inches. so that being said are you going to try to stuff all of the engine under the seat and have a low center of gravity, and no ground clearance unless you jack it to the moon,or have part of the air box sticking up and sit on each side of the air box which does not leave to much room for seating, or you can cut the frame just in front of the seat and add about 20" and put seating in front of the engine. I have a G16 and i am in the process of fitting a 06 600 cbr in it and that is what i am running into. I chose to cut the frame and add the 20" and install a couple of bucket seats. hope this gives you some ideas and what to look for.

or he could just do what i'm doing and build a custom intake manifold from sheet metal and use tubing to connect from the manifold to the stock airbox!
