Default big block brakes

I am building a diesel kart and am looking for brakes that are strong enough to hold back a heavy kart and trailer.

Perhaps a good boat anchor and a stout rope. Sorry man I don't think you will find a brake kit for $200 but keep us posted. Sometimes all it takes is someone saying "that can't be done"

For $200 you could get a boat anchor and a rope
You may as well leave it stock and drive accordingly ( as if your brakes were inadequate) As these guys say hydraulic disc is the way to go..... in a front only set, they start at around $350.... and well worth it
