Hmmmm, looks like he removed the ad & then put it back on at a higher price.

"This is my Honda 20 HP Vtwin horizontal shaft engine model QAF1. I had this engine rebuilt with a brand new carb put on to put into my Yamaha golf cart. After installation and a test run I have found even being 38 years old it scared the you know what out of me so I took it out and put the old engine back in."

If you follow the Ebay link then click on his feedback you will see that he had this same engine up for sale back in Jan and at the bottom of the page of that ad he answers a question about run time and says it only has 52 hours but now says it is rebuilt, also read his ad from Jan!
