Default No No Vangaurd Virus

Im affraid its spreading. But I think I caught it in time. I just did a full tune up on the Briggs. Oil,air, fuel filters and change of oil, plugs , gas treatment etc etc. However, my motor isn't running quite to speed. When you really get on it, even in neutral, it will bog down for a second before it revs up. And thats going from idle to WOT. It may be my valves. If so, how would i go about adjusting them? Please explain this process if you can! Thanks, -Austin

sounds like carb to me also.

however just in case
to adjust valves
remove 2 bolts on top of valve covers
move crank to top dead center
make sure the valve you are measuring is not on the compression stroke
measure gap between valve rocker and valve I think intake is .006 and exhaust is .008
to adjust use a 12mm? box end wrench to unloosen the lock nut.
adjust clearance by using a 5mm? Allen wrench to open or close the clearance to the spec
torque down lock nut while holding the Allen wrench. check clearance again to make sure it did not move
move to next valve and repeat
silicone gasket and put valve cover back on.
Go to other side of the motor and repeat.
