Wink 88 club car big block questions...

okay guys and gals got a long list of questions here lol.

1. i have an 88club car that i want to put a different egine into because of power and cost of rebuilt and less of a pita lol! but my question is if u put this 16 hp engine in it http://cgi.ebay.com/NEW-16HP-GAS-ENG...item2a07f9efc8 will it have more or equal power??

2. how could i use the stock clutch on that engine??

3. how could i use the stock gas tank??

4.would that motor generate enough juice for lights and stereo etc??

5. what length belt would i need???

6. long story short whats the easiest cheapest way to do this??? thanks!!!!!!!
