Default help with engine swap question...

i know alot has been asked but cant seem to find what im looking for pertaining to my cart,,,,,

have a 97 cc carryall with cw rotation,,,,

want to put a 16hp motor in it but cant figure out what all its take to do this,, im getting confused with everything everyone is talking about mainly cause most of it has been on ezgo or yam or cc pre 97.....

i know ill have to put in rev to go forward,, i dont want lots of speed maybe 20-25 i will be using it in teh deer woods climb hills as so forth,,,

can anyone tell me what i can expect from a 16hp (speed and torque)?

and what all i would need to do for this swap in my 97 cc carryall.....

I think both clutches may need to be worked or replaced for a ccw engine swap.
Speed will be slow forward but lots of torque to pull. The engine isnt gonna rev any higher than your stock engine unless you mod that 16hp engine. Reverse will be fast but less torque, but who needs torque in reverse? I have a 99 and I use it more for like a carryall, so it needs torque not speed. I was going to put 23" tires for more speed as you gotta lift it anyhow.

there will be a lift put on it,,, havent decided on that yet,, i need to get a motor in it,,,,, i got this carryall for free,, so i cant b***h too much bout it but it would be simpler if it was ccw transaxle,,,,,

with 22-24 tires do you think ill be able to go 20 25,,,, i just dont want to be able to walk faster then it drives in forward,,,,

is the oe drive clutch tapered or strait shaft,, it doesnt have a motor in it now so i can look at,,,
