3.any thing i can do more to my cart/engine to make it climb up hills like a BEAST besides ripping apart the engine/rear end ???

4.what oil to use in the 16HP vanguard v-twin engine??

1. There is a kit from CartPartsPlus that has the right belt for the type of cart you have. They also give a complimentary V-twin engine with kit purchase...

2. I'm thinking just leaving the same rear end lube in it... Maybe a fresh batch of 90w lube if you want to upgrade.

3. With the V-twin upgrade, you WILL be able to climb up hills like a beast!

4. I think the engine calls for 30w oil... May want to check the owners manual for recommended oil in the crankcase.

I will be doing a BB kit also on my G9. Just trying to help! Hope this works Maybe someone else with the kit will chime in here

That will depend on how you are going to mount the engine. Are buying a cradle or making it yourself?
2. what oil should i use in the rear end of my Yamaha G16 cart since im going BigBlock
I would change it and go back with 85-90w gear lube
3.any thing i can do more to my cart/engine to make it climb up hills like a BEAST besides ripping apart the engine/rear end ???
Plowmans makes a posi kit that I would seriously consider.

I would switch to a good synthetic 10w30, mobile1 or equal. An after market remote oil filter is also a great idea on this type of conversion.

You'll need a belt to match your engine cradle (primary and secondary clutch) set up. That's why Tom's CPP kits are so good, everything is matched up.
