rpm's
just wonder what everyone is running... please let me know what your rpm's are at idle and wot.... if you would be so kind and say what hp engine and gov or no gov.. i just want to get an idea of what some of yall are turning... thanks for any replys...

Stock G9 yamaha with 22s will gps at 28-30mph, rpm 4500-5K not sure.
G9 with stock block 16hp clone so far is nearly exactly the same, it has large airbox and muffler and gets to speed way quicker but will not wind out. Idle 0 rpm as they both use stock generator and cart start, but will idle around 500rpm without moving. They essentially run the same just the clone has way more power up to 27mph or so. No governor of any kind on either cart, no rev limit. GPS 28 on flat dirt drive and 30 on pavement. Clone might be a hair faster now that its broken in but its not going to be significant, I didn't get a chance to gps it again. My digital clamp on tach stopped working. |
