to much power for a cart ?
hey guys i sold my 16hp vanguard vtwin to get another bigger big block vtwin......but im talking to the builder of this engine and few other guys who builds performance engines and they said the HP will be around 40-50+HP is that to much for a golf cart ?
here is what the engine has in and on it started out as a 23hp vanguard 35ci Vanguard horizontal on the inside is Performance V twins long rods, Performance V twins cam, Performance V twins pistons. On the top is a nice set of cut and ported 30 ci ( small chamber ) heads with aluminum rockers a Performance V twins rev kit and billet push rods. The carb is turn up bigger jets. This engine will have a stock flywheel ( advanced keyway ) with stator and voltage regulator so the charging system will work. You will get the stock two into one exhaust pipe and a few other ends and things |

Re: to much power for a cart ?
$400 for a $1800 engine? that would be a deal!
BUT, as the saying goes... If it's too good to be true... it probably is! My .02... something isn't right! |

i thought i got a good deal at $590 for an engine with 1 hour run time....no such thing as too much power, just say "too lightweight cart" when something breaks!!
